I'm a Competitive Bodybuilder. This Is How I Keep Training Despite a Serious Injury
Having built up from my starting point at 150 lbs., I eventually entered my first bodybuilding competition in 2013 – the UKBFF South Coast in Portsmouth. I didn’t place but found the process rewarding and hugely motivating for the future. Since that day I have competed six more times with class wins in the Heavyweight’s in 2015, 16, and 17.
Andrew Chappell

I'm a Bodybuilding Scientist. This Is How I Compete in Bodybuilding Shows
This is my 6th year as a pro, I’d love to break my duck and eventually win a pro show since I’ve had several 2nds and 3rds. So that’s a goal, going forward I’d also love to compete more often in the classic classes with the PCA, UKBFF and NABBA over here in the UK. Every year the UKBFF give invites to the Arnold Classic Europe so I’d love to qualify.
Daz Hallett

How I Won Mr. Universe, Got Surgery and Then Won Mr. Universe Again
I then competed six times in 2009 in the UKBFF, NAC to gain more experience and won the NAC British and Overall Title and competed in the World & Universe in Holland and Germany where I realized what condition I had to get into if I wanted to win in Europe.
